STORE POLICY

Warranty
Due to our wide variety of products and services we have different warranties for different products and services. Generally, all our products are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty.

On-Road Legality
When the wheels and tyres on a car are changed, this can alter its legality on the road. It is the vehicle owners’ responsibility to contact relevant road and traffic authorities prior to the modifications being undertaken to see if they are permitted. Tyre Fix is not liable for any legal issues that may arise with the purchase and installation of wheels and/or tyres.


Shipping, Cancellations and Returns
We do not accept any returns after 14 days from invoice.
Any cancellations will incur a 25%-40% restocking fee, Freight charges are NON-refundable if products have been sent if you have been given free postage the cost of that postage will also be deducted from the sale price. All freight is paid and organised by the customer.

All returned items must be in a resalable condition.

Any special order products can not be returned.

All interstate orders are shipped via courier and it is the customers’ responsibility to track and receive goods.

If there are any issues with your delivery please refer to the email from the shipping company in your inbox.

Once your item(s) leave our premises it is your responsibility to ensure either you or another person is there to receive the item(s). We hold no responsibility once item(s) leaves Tyre Fix.

Guarantee On Fitments
It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure correct size, fitment and load rating specified by the manufacturer and/or if the vehicle has been modified.
